FEES AND INSURANCE

In an effort to provide financial arrangements that accommodate our patients, we have established our financial policy as follows:

No quotes for treatment are given over the phone. It is impossible to determine treatment costs until Dr. Doulaverakis examines a patient in person.

Consultation appointments are free.

For your convenience, we take most types of insurance. However, the patient or their guardian is responsible for any unpaid balance not covered by their insurance.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Flexible financial arrangements can be made to extend payments with no interest over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.

We will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary financial difficulties. However, in cases of serious delinquency, active treatment is discontinued until accounts are made current.

We offer a bookkeeping courtesy for payment in full at the onset of treatment. 

Our office policy requires that patients give notice at least 24 hours in advance if it's necessary to cancel their appointment. If notice is not given, a missed-appointment fee may be charged.
